Customer Satisfaction Is Our Priority

The following return policy applies to all products except those stating their own return policy with the product description.

Return Period
Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd offers a 30 days return policy on selected items. For further information not listed, please contact our customer service at cs@konad.com.sg

Return Merchandize Authorization
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd before shipping your return product. ALL return item(s) must be accompanied be a RMA number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All return without a RMA number will be rejected at point of delivery. To obtain a RMA number please follow our Return Procedure below.

Return Merchandize Condition
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, in BRAND NEW condition, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all returns except for Non-Defective Return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd on returned items, and Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. Import & Export Pte Ltd strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. 

Shipping Damage Return
If merchandise arrives damaged it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage. Please follow our Return Procedure below to obtain a RMA number and enter Shipping Damage Return in the comments box.

Defective Return
DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted by Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd within 30 days from the invoice date, at Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please follow our Return Procedure below to obtain a RMA number and enter Defective Return in the comments box.

Non-Defective Return
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted by Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd within 30 days from the invoice date, at Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd's discretion for exchange only. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on NON-DEFECTIVE returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd on returned items, and all shipping charges of exchange item(s) going back. All going back shipping charges must be fully paid before a RMA number will be issue. Please follow our Return Procedure below to obtain a RMA number and enter Non-Defective Return in the comments box.
 
Others
Shinko Import & Export Pte Ltd reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.

Return Procedure
Step 1. Login to your account.
Step 2. Under Orders click Review previous Orders.
Step 3. If you would like to return the whole order click RMA on the right, if you would like to return only at itme from the order click the order number on the left.
Step 4. Click RMA above the item you would like to return. (skip this step if you choose RMA in Step 3.
Step 5. Choose your request from the list Credit, Replacement, etc.
Step 6. Enter tour return type Shipping Damage Return, Defective Return or Non-Defective Return and any other information in the Comments/Special Instructions box.
Step7. 
Click Continue and you are done. We will reply to you with a RMA number if your return is accepted by us.
